Mono Racing in Europe

Hi im just looking to get as much information on racing a mono abroard.

Grade of Licence req.

Cost of entrys. ( roughly)

Facilities at the tracks which the mono's race on.

Best ferry company to use. (cost's, also customs etc)

Would it require additional insurance?
